Lisec insulating glass line for maximum unit sizes of 3500 x 2500 mm. Running direction left/right, year of construction 1996, consisting of the following components:
- RTVB-38/25 (3-part), inlet washing machine
- VHW-25V8, glass washing machine with 8 brushes for low-e, including hot water basin, sand filter and blower
- RTVB-16/25ST, outfeed washing machine
- RSVB-38/25U, frame setting zone with glass thickness and frame width measurement, as well as length and height measurement
- FPS-35/25U, gas filling press for argon
- RTVB-27/25ST, outlet 1 gas filling press
- RTVB-11/25ST, outlet 2 gas filling press
- RTVB-16/25VF, inlet sealing machine with width measuring device for glass and frame
- VFL-1/25, automatic sealing, including option for sealing 2-fold elements (option 3-fold in two cycles for an extra charge)
- DOS-1/PU, material dosing for polyurethane
The machines are in good condition and are currently being dismantled. It will be sold EXW current location in Germany.
